Looking to the water quality available, We were the first to design the cooling tower with stationary hot water distribution system instead of Rotary System.      The cooling towers are designed to withstand all weather condition and maximum wind load.      Available in 14 models ranging from 5 TR to 500 TR.

	The Square models are introduced in the market as alternate to round model for selection to Buyer. We Launch square model in late 90's and establish their acceptance with different attractive look and superb quality.      The square models can be installed in cell also.      Cooling Tower are provided with inspection window and ladder to ease the maintenance.

These types of cooling towers generally used for large capacity in Industries such as Solvent plant, Oil Refineries, Arc furnace, CCM, Power plant etc.      These cooling towers perform their duties for long time even with contaminated water can be used for hot water above 60 Deg. C.      Due to sufficient spacing in internals the tower doest choked fast, hence maintenance is not required very frequently. .

FRP CROSS FLOW COOLING TOWER

We are in the process of launching our Cross  Flow Model shortly.      Our models are design for both fills type and splash bar type heat transfer media.      More care is taken for better efficiency at suitable power load and easy maintenance of cooling tower.      The fan is driven by V belt. The motor will be out of humid area.      The FRP Casing & Basin are supported by suitable galvanized M.S. structures. Available in different Models.

FRP Natural Draft Cooling Tower or so called Fan less / fill less cooling towers are suitably design to match the customer's requirement.      The louvers are FRP having sufficient thickness to withstand all loads / erosion. The structure is hot dip galvanized after fabrication.      The header is so design that maximum area covered for better mixing of air and water at lower pressure drop at nozzle.      Available in 14 models ranging from 5 TR to 500 TR.
